About my practice

I create a steady, attentive space for conversations about intimacy, relationships, the body, desire, shame, and personal boundaries.

How I work

I believe therapy should make room for uncertainty. You do not have to be completely sure of your request before reaching out; clarity often appears inside a careful conversation.

Gentleness, respect for your pace, and enough emotional safety are central to how I work. We can move gradually and leave space for pauses, ambivalence, and questions that are still difficult to name.

What we may explore

Sessions can hold questions of intimacy, desire, boundaries, vulnerability, relationship tension, emotional fatigue, embodiment, and the wish to feel more at ease with yourself.

What matters to me is that you leave not with more pressure, but with more steadiness, more self-understanding, and a clearer sense that difficult things do not have to be carried alone.

My work brings together gentleness, clarity, and respect for your own rhythm. Therapy, for me, is a place where difficult topics can be met with care rather than urgency.

Mariia Goubernik

Sex therapy, psychoeducation, intimacy and relationship themes

I support individuals and couples who want a calmer, more compassionate way to understand themselves, their relationships, and their intimate lives.

Themes I often work with include intimacy, shame, desire, boundaries, emotional closeness, communication, and the search for a more grounded relationship with the body.

It matters to me that therapy feels human: spacious enough for complexity, and steady enough to help something new become possible over time.
